Job summary

Costa Coffee in Oxford is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train new Baristas and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

With flexible shifts, you’ll enjoy a dynamic team environment and opportunities to develop leadership skills while supporting Costa Foundation and our values. Hourly pay ranges from £13.75 to £14.75 depending on location.
