Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise shifts, support baristas and uphold coffee excellence in store. You’ll lead smooth service, train new team members and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.

You are reliable, communicative and calm under pressure, with previous team-leading experience or readiness to take the step. Flexible shifts, local store duties, and opportunities to grow within the Costa family.
