Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You will lead smooth, efficient shifts and train and support new Baristas, energising and motivating your team while maintaining high standards of service and coffee excellence.

This role offers flexible shifts and location-dependent pay of £13.75-£14.75 per hour, with store discounts and benefits such as a matched pension and share scheme as part of Costa's workplace culture.
