Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team across shifts, ensuring smooth service and coffee excellence.

You will train and support new Baristas, maintain high standards, and lead with confidence, communication, and a positive, can-do attitude.
