Costa Coffee in Lancashire is seeking a Team Leader to lead smooth shifts, train Baristas, and energise the team while delivering excellent coffee and memorable customer moments.

You will drive high standards of service, communicate effectively, and stay adaptable to keep the store running smoothly. Flexible shifts are available to suit the store and your schedule.
