Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll strengthen the team, uphold service standards, and guide baristas through busy periods.

You’ll lead smooth shifts, train new baristas, motivate the team and maintain coffee excellence, using resourcefulness to keep operations running smoothly.
