Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to oversee shift operations, coach Baristas, and drive energy and excellence on the floor. You will ensure smooth service and a welcoming mood for customers, while upholding brand standards and workflows across busy shifts.

The ideal candidate is a reliable leader with strong communication, capable of energising a team and staying calm under pressure. Flexible shifts and a supportive store environment are provided.
