Costa Coffee in Blackburn is looking for a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and motivate the team, uphold coffee excellence and guest service, and adapt to busy periods with resourcefulness.

You’ll be a reliable role model with strong communication, able to lead others and stay calm under pressure. Costa offers flexible shifts and a chance to contribute to communities through the Costa Foundation.
