Job description

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Benefits include free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460.

We’re seeking energetic Baristas with excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve excellent coffee and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
2. Providing friendly, professional service
3. Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
4. Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
5. Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Experience as a barista or in a café setting (training available for the right candidate)
• Passion for great coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and proactive, even during busy times
• Flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes
