Job summary

The Flour Pot Bakery is seeking a passionate Barista/Front of House team member in Worthing to deliver outstanding customer service and craft high-quality coffee and beverages. The role is part-time with shifts roughly 6:30am–3pm, 6:30am–1pm, and 8am–4:30pm across store hours.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, operating espresso equipment, assisting customers with menu choices, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, training provided.
• Barista/front-of-house experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers feel welcome.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee-based drinks.
• Operate espresso machines and equipment with care and accuracy.
• Assist customers with menu choices and recommend baked goods.
