Perch on the Pier in Worthing is seeking a friendly, hands-on hospitality team member for a fast-paced table-service role with waiting, barista and bar duties. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help keep operations smooth both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, cafés, pubs, or bars.
• Calm under pressure, strong communicator, team player.
• Can carry 3 plates, knows coffee, wine & allergens.
• Positive, fun, and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders on tablets.
• Serve food and drinks, clear tables, load the dishwasher.
• Make coffees and drinks.
• Process payments, restock, clean down.
