Genuine Dining Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Barista/General Assistant to join our front-of-house team. You will craft high-quality drinks, provide exceptional service, manage the till, and help maintain a welcoming coffee station and food display in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a caring, people-first catering business, you will contribute to a warm atmosphere and assist teammates across service areas while delivering everyday hospitality with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and deliver with a warm smile.
• Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
• Set up the coffee station with supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to standard.
• Maintain a clean, tidy coffee station throughout the day.
• Support with coffee orders and stock of disposables.
• Assist in food preparation and display for freshness and appeal.
• Keep counters, displays and service areas clean and stocked.
• Keep seating and service areas clean and inviting.
• Support teammates and be flexible to help in other areas.
