The Genuine Dining Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Barista/GA to join our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional coffee and customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

You will craft high-quality drinks, maintain a clean, welcoming space, and build strong relationships with customers. You will take orders, handle payments, keep the coffee station stocked, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
• Minimum 1 year of barista experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers to the highest standard and create memorable experiences.
• Build friendly relationships with regular and new customers.
• Take orders accurately and deliver with a warm smile.
• Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
• Set up the coffee station with all supplies and equipment for each shift.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized coffee station.
• Care for coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with orders of coffee, cleaning and disposables to maintain stock levels.
• Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean and well-stocked.
• Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers.
• Support fellow team members and be flexible to assist in other service areas.
