Job summary

This role involves standing for long periods, handling hot beverages, and working during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and development opportunities are available within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Take accurate orders and operate POS system.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food per Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and other equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and customer spaces.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals during busy periods.
• Follow cash handling, safety, and food hygiene policies.
• Assist with training new team members when needed.
