Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant (Zero Hours) for a major High Street brand to ensure smooth operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be a brilliant communicator with prior customer service experience, capable of handling payments and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced cafe environment. Variable shifts and opportunities for progression are available at ASDA stores across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing Asda and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
