Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong customer service mindset.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is beneficial.

• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve food to high quality standards.
• Keep the bar area clean and well organised.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates and learn brewing methods.
