Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team, delivering Costa's finest coffee and exceptional customer service at our rest stops across the UK.

You’ll greet customers, process orders, make drinks and toasties, keep the workspace clean and welcoming, and work with colleagues to create a memorable customer experience. We offer flexible hours, weekly pay, and benefits including discounts and enhanced sick pay.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
