Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).
• Be a proactive team player and clear communicator.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates and monitor supplies.
• Learn brewing methods, blends, and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment operates properly and report maintenance needs.
• Represent Costa and uphold the brand image in all interactions.
• Follow Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.
