Job summary

Compass Group UK is hiring a Barista to create beautifully crafted drinks for Costa, on a full-time basis contracted to 35 hours per week. You will deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees while benefiting from progression opportunities within a company that invests in its people.

Expect variable shifts and a role that focuses on teamwork, communication, and maintaining brand standards across a busy high-street environment. Full training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Hands-on brewing equipment experience.
• Ability to follow Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drinks and serving high-quality beverages to customers.
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and cards).
• Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
