Job summary

Moto is hiring a Barista to join our Costa team at Stafford Services, M6 Northbound. You will greet customers, prepare drinks and toasties, and maintain a clean, welcoming store while providing exceptional service.

Shifts vary between 5am and 8pm, including weekends. We offer weekly pay, a discretionary bonus, staff discounts, and development opportunities. Join a dynamic team and help deliver Costa’s high-quality coffee experience across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver quality coffee and snacks.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
