Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Darwen is seeking a Costa Barista to join their team. The role offers a pay rate of £12.83 per hour with shifts spanning 6am to 10pm, including a mix of weekdays and weekends. You will deliver Costa’s coffee and exceptional customer service at Blackburn Services, Junction 4, M65, Darwen. Training and development opportunities are available, plus weekly pay and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.

• Restock displays to ensure product availability.
• Keep workspace clean, tidy and welcoming.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
