Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Costa Barista at Toddington Services, J11/12 M1, Dunstable. You will greet customers, prepare drinks and toasties, and maintain store standards with a focus on outstanding customer service.

The role includes flexible shifts between 7am and 11pm across weekdays and weekends. We offer weekly pay, a discretionary bonus, staff discounts, and opportunities for funded qualifications as part of our development goals.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
