Role responsibilities:

• Producing coffees, teas, frappes, and serving food to brand standards
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Replenishing stock levels and maintaining displays and fridges
• Handling customer enquiries
• Operating tills and processing orders
• Maintaining product quality and store cleanliness
