Moto Hospitality is hiring a Barista for Costa at Medway Services (M2, Rainham, Gillingham). The role offers night shifts from 10pm to 6am, three nights per week, with pay of £14.83 per hour.

You’ll provide warm customer service and prepare barista drinks while helping maintain store standards and a welcoming environment. The team values enthusiastic, friendly individuals who can handle a fast-paced setting, deliver high-quality coffee, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
