Job summary

Moto is recruiting a Costa Barista at Toddington Services. You will deliver high‑quality coffee and customer service across varied shifts (7am–11pm), averaging 28 hours per week. Expect weekly pay, staff discounts, and opportunities to develop with funded qualifications.

As a Barista you’ll greet customers warmly, take orders, prepare drinks and toasties, and ensure displays are stocked. A positive, energetic attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is beneficial.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and handle orders efficiently.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests promptly and accurately.
• Prepare a range of toasties and barista drinks throughout the day.
• Maintain brand standards and a high level of customer service.
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Restock displays to maximize product availability.

• Collaborate with colleagues to promote teamwork.
• Create a memorable experience for customers to encourage return visits.
• Help prepare the store for the following day’s trade.

What you'll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
