Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Blyth Services is seeking a Costa Barista to deliver high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service during night shifts from 11pm to 7am. You’ll be part of a lively team at a busy rest stop, helping to create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for every customer.

The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and toasties, maintaining store cleanliness and supporting colleagues to ensure a memorable visit for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
