Village, in partnership with Starbucks, is hiring a Team Member to keep the coffee flowing during busy mornings. You will greet guests, craft drinks, stock displays, and maintain a spotless, welcoming cafe environment.

You bring energy, resilience, and a smile under pressure. Great coffee knowledge, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential as you help guests enjoy world‑class drinks across our hotels.

The Reality of the Role

This is about so much more than just pressing buttons on an espresso machine. It is about remembering that the regular from room 204 needs an extra shot to survive their Tuesday morning meeting. It is fast, you are constantly on your feet, and it requires a serious amount of personality. You will be making sure the coffee is flawless, the sandwiches are heated to perfection, and the whole place looks immaculate, even when it is absolutely jumping.
