Overview

Pay - £7.55 - £12.21 per hour.

Our store in Barnstaple is looking for a minimum of 16 hours per week as a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The hours will be spread across the week and will include at least one Saturday or Sunday shift.

Dunelm’s coffee shops, affectionately called Pausa, are thriving, and our Coffee Shop Assistants are central to this success. They are responsible for preparing a range of food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and building customer relationships.

16-17 years old: £7.55

18+ years old: £12.21

What you'll be doing

As part of our team, you will work under high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, collaborating well under pressure and demonstrating product knowledge.

• Working with ingredients including dairy, nuts, and meat products such as pork.
• Serving hot and cold beverages.
• Dishing up savoury and sweet food items.
• Ensuring all cooked food is served hot.
• Keeping tables clear and sanitized promptly.
• Loading and unloading dishwashers.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, service area, and restaurant.
