Job summary

Caffè Nero in the United Kingdom is looking for warm, positive people to join our team as Baristas. You will craft fantastic coffee and deliver brilliant service, becoming the heartbeat of our café in this community.

No experience is required as we provide brilliant training and a welcoming environment. Earn £13.45 per hour in this location, with an extra £2.50 per hour for night shifts (11pm–6am), plus staff discounts and growth opportunities across the brand.

• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
  From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

• An extra £2.50 per hour if you work between 11pm and 6am.
