Caffè Nero in Ashford is hiring a Barista. No experience is required and we offer brilliant training to help you grow. You will craft coffee, provide warm customer service, and help keep the shop clean and welcoming for every visitor.

• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer’s coffee exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back‑of‑house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
