Job summary

Caffè Nero is looking for warm, positive people to join our team as Baristas in Belfast. You’ll help create our signature coffee, tea and seasonal drinks, while delivering friendly, personalised customer service.

No prior experience is required—excellent training is provided and there are clear opportunities to grow your career and develop personally and professionally within our team.

• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
  From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

Our Baristas earn up to £12.71 per hour in this location. Starter rates apply depending on age:
Under 21: £10.85 per hour
21 and over: £12.71 per hour
