About the role

Starting pay of £12.00-13.00 per hour (dependent on store location)

As a Costa Barista, your daily task will be crafting coffee that provides uplifting moments for our customers, using sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk, topped with our signature art, all delivered with your signature smile.

Responsibilities:

1. Crafting great coffee that hits the sweet spot every time
2. Serving customers with a smile to ensure they leave happy and eager to return
3. Learning about Costa products including teas, frappes, seasonal ranges, and more
4. Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness standards across the store
5. Having fun, learning, developing, and meeting great people
