Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring Baristas to join our shops across the United Kingdom. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour our barista drinks with care, including iced options, and you’ll undergo weeks of training to build confidence and pace.

Now, on the Barista Role… Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate:£13.30 - £13.60

The perks

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
