Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring a Barista in Manchester. You will handmake and serve barista drinks, providing warm, energetic customer service and joining a team that values growth and development. Training is provided to help you shine in every cup.

Expect to work as part of a fast-paced shop team, with flexible shifts and opportunities to advance within Pret. Base pay is competitive for UK hospitality and includes perks and benefits after training.

Now, on the Barista Role…

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate:£13.15 - £13.45

The perks

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

The Pret interview journey
