SSP Group at Newcastle Airport is hiring a Barista on a fixed-term contract until end of March 2027. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour, with a night incentive of £1.20, bringing potential earnings to £13.91 per hour.

Shifts run 3am–9pm, across weekdays, weekends and holidays, with full-time hours. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, work with colleagues to keep operations smooth, and support the brand experiences at airport locations.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.91 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3am to 9 pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Barista, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within theBarista role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
