Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is recruiting a Barista for Soul&Grain at Newcastle Airport. This is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2027 with full-time hours from 3am to 9pm, across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Pay is £12.71 per hour, with an extra £1.20 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the potential to £13.91 per hour. Join our energetic hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18+ to perform certain tasks and be able to serve alcohol.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.91 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3 am to 9 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
