Job summary

Euro Garages in Stoke-on-Trent is hiring a Starbucks Barista to join its Holditch team. You will craft beverages, deliver friendly service, and help create a welcoming store atmosphere each day.

Full training is provided, with opportunities for career progression and access to extensive online learning resources as you grow your skills in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete full training.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Recommend products and support store sales through upselling.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.

Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour (Age 21+) £12.65 per hour (Age 18–20) £10.45 per hour (Age 16–17)
