Job summary

Starbucks Pride Park is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join a welcoming team in Derby. You will train to craft beverages, deliver exceptional service, and create a friendly store ambience every day.

Qualifications

Previous customer service or barista experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience

Recommend products and support store sales through confident up-selling
Operate tills and process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
Monitor product quality and temperature records
