Job summary

Starbucks Heath is looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at Heath. You will prepare beverages, assist customers, and help deliver a fast and friendly store experience.

Full training is provided and progression opportunities are available. Weekly shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy periods, with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
• Willing to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Food safety and allergen awareness are important in a food environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Support store sales through confident product recommendations.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Monitor product quality and temperature records.
• Support team during busy periods and peak trading times.

Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour (Age 21+) £12.65 per hour (Age 18–20) £10.45 per hour (Age 16–17)
