Job summary

Caffè Nero in Greater London is hiring a Barista to bring our signature coffee and brilliant service to life. No experience is required, with brilliant training and opportunities to grow.

You’ll craft drinks, deliver a personalised customer experience, keep the cafe clean and welcoming, and enjoy flexible shifts with staff discounts and bonus rewards.

• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
  From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

Our Baristas earn up to £12.71 per hour in this location. Starter rates apply depending on age:
Under 21: £10.85 per hour
21 and over: £12.71 per hour
