Barista Coventry Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 12.21
Hours: 40 per week

A fabulous new B&I location at a very bespoke location based in Coventry. We cater for about 600 daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch, Deli bar, mobile coffee cart, and vending. The location features significant hospitality operations and operates Monday to Friday. Additional benefits include free onsite gym use and free parking.

We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in Coventry.

Key responsibilities:

• Work effectively in a team to produce high-quality coffee for staff and visitors.
• Adhere to company food standards and control wastage.
• Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
• Regularly stock and rotate retail items.
• Set up the location each morning for daily operations.
• Manage payments and handle cash securely.
• Conduct daily stock takes of products available.

You will have the following skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong team player attributes.
• Barista experience is essential.
• Personable with a good sense of humor and a fun attitude.

Knowledge / competencies:

Good understanding and use of verbal English.
Proficient in written English and reading skills.
Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred.
