Job summary

Starbucks Bebington is hiring a friendly Barista to join our team. You’ll deliver warm customer service, prepare beverages to standard, and help create a fast, welcoming store environment. Full training is provided and there are career progression opportunities, plus perks like store discounts and wellbeing benefits.

Shifts are flexible with hours including mornings, evenings and weekends, and there is a minimum of 8 hours per week with guaranteed contracted hours in many roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
