Job summary

EG Group invites applications for a Starbucks Barista position in Deeside. You will join a welcoming team, learn beverages and service standards, and build customer experience skills with full training provided.

The role includes flexible shifts around availability and opportunities for progression through a large global learning platform. Hourly pay varies by age: £12.80 (21+), £11.00 (18–20), £8.05 (16–17).

• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
