Job summary

EG Group is seeking enthusiastic Baristas for its Starbucks team in Middlewich. You will deliver warm, friendly service, prepare iconic drinks, and help create a fast, welcoming store environment.

Training is provided regardless of prior experience, with opportunities to learn and grow through its online library and progression programs. You’ll join a supportive team, benefit from perks and flexible shifts designed around availability, and contribute to a great customer experience in a busy

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
