Kingston College seeks an experienced Team Leader for Barbering within the School of Commercial Industries and Access. You will provide leadership across curriculum programmes, maintain high teaching standards and drive student outcomes, recruitment and satisfaction.

The role includes coordinating curriculum teams and contributing to School QA/Improvemnt plans. You will strengthen employer engagement through guest speakers, industry visits and enrichment activities, while delivering

Qualifications

• Degree and/or professional qualification
• Recognised teaching qualification
• Proven track record of leading FE/HE programmes
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and improvement
