Job summary

Kingston College’s School of Commercial Industries and Access is seeking an experienced Team Leader to provide leadership across curriculum programmes, maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and student outcomes.

You will lead curriculum teams, contribute to Quality Self-Assessment and Improvement Plans, and drive employer engagement through guest speakers, industry visits and enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or professional qualification and a recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven track record of leading FE and/or HE programmes.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging sector skills needs and their implications for teaching and learning strategies.
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance and improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate curriculum teams across the School.
• Drive employer engagement and meaningful employer interactions within programmes.
• Ensure programmes reflect industry standards and meet learners' needs.
• Support cross-college initiatives and curriculum development.
• Potentially undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Officer.
