Responsibilities

• Guest experience - ensure guest satisfaction is the priority at all times.
• Floor cleaning - keep floors clean, dry and debris-free.
• Bar support - assist with restocking, ice, garnishes and pre-mixes.
• Responsible service of alcohol - monitor and escalate intoxicated guests.
• General cleaning - address issues promptly and maintain glassware cleanliness.
• Glass washing machines - operate, set up, clean and breakdown equipment.
