Job summary

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs, is seeking a Barback to join its fast-paced, high-profile team. You will assist with bar setup, stock replenishment throughout service and glass polishing, while supporting Bartenders with mise-en-place.

Ideal candidates are passionate about service, have a keen interest in food and wine, and are excellent team players who thrive in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-profile, destination bars preferred.
• Passion for delivering top-tier service and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar and ensure it is ready for service.
• Replenish stock during service and maintain glassware cleanliness.

Barback - Annabel’s

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Barback to join the team in Annabel’s, part of The Birley Clubs.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As Barback you will be responsible for setting up the bar ready for service, effective stock replenishment throughout service, polishing glasses and assisting the Bartenders with additional tasks, including mise-en-place.
