Job summary

F1® Arcade in the United Kingdom (Birmingham area) is seeking a Barback to join our hospitality team. You will assist in bar setup, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting space for guests during service.

Experience in fast-paced guest-facing roles is advantageous. We offer great perks, including substantial staff discounts, free off-peak racing, and benefits to support well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the Bar Manager when supplies are low.
• Follow all hygiene & safety procedures, ensuring safe handling of alcohol and bar equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment for our guests.

We’re looking for a Barback to join our team at our {LOCATION} location.

Key Responsibilities of the Barback:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.

• Working in a fast paced guest facing environment, preferably within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Working as part of a wider team, but carrying out tasks individually.
