SUMI Marylebone, opened by Creative Restaurant Group, seeks a Barback to support bartenders and the front-of-house team as the venue prepares for service. This entry-level position offers hands-on learning, a focus on reliability, and opportunities to develop into a Bartender within a dynamic new London dining concept.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic with good attention to detail and organisation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the bar, fridges, coffee station and equipment before service.
• Restock drinks, garnishes, glassware and ice throughout the shift.
• Keep the bar and barback areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Polish glassware and wash bar equipment.
• Prepare and deliver drinks and coffees when needed.
• Handle glass and recycling safely.
• Learn menus, ingredients and allergen procedures.
• Work with bar and floor teams to keep service moving.
• Take part in training and build drinks and product knowledge.
